Enter your shortcut, select a group, enter your extended text that you want Ditto to type, and hit save. You're done. Everything you need to be a more productive typer is right here.

Statistics Screen

Prove it to yourself, see how much Ditto can help you become a faster typer. This screen shows you various typing statistics that clearly explain how much of an impact Ditto is making to your typing productivity. Statistics show we repeat more than 55% of the words we type. You can measure how well you are utilizing Ditto with this report.

Quick Add Screen

Users love this feature. Select text on any program in your PC, tap the Esc key twice and this window pops up ready to add a shortcut to your text. With Quick-Add, you'll build a custom shortcut library of your own in no time.

Command Shortcut Screen

Start a program, open a file, open a web page, open your mail client (pre-filled), or navigate to one of your favorite folder. Ditto can do it. This very handy feature gives you the power to use shortcuts in ways you never thought of. Type a command shortcut anywhere and Ditto will launch your favorite program. Shortcut List Section

Organize your shortcuts by groups in this section. You can get a group-level breakdown of each shortcut. Move shortcuts across groups, disable groups, edit shortcuts, and even edit group names to something more useful. The simple interface is intuitively designed to keep track of thousands of shortcuts with very little effort.

Import File Screen

Load shortcuts from an external source, or crunch a list of shortcuts in a spreadsheet and import them here. It's a perfect way to load tons of shortcuts fast and interchange with other programs you may feel more comfortable using. Be productive today with Ditto. Preferences Screen

Customize Ditto to your needs. Configure Ditto hotkeys, suggestion history, Text Block popup location, open when you startup Windows™, and many other finer details to make it your own.

Filter Program Screen

You may not want Ditto to expand text in specific programs on your PC. Exclude them here. Ditto works with you to get your work done faster, that may mean you don't want it enabled for certain software.
