Quick-Add Shortcut
Creating abbreviations can seem overwhelming at first because you
may not have time to set up shortcuts. Ditto Text Expander helps you get it
done faster by using the Quick-Add
feature. You can add shortcuts simply by selecting text
anywhere on your PC.
Then, just type a small shortcut string and you're done!
You don't have to leave your current program to use this handy feature.
It works with you and stays out of your way with a small unobtrusive input screen.
Select Text. Select the text you want Ditto to type for
you anywhere on your PC.
Tap Esc Twice.
Tap the "Esc" key twice, and a window pops up with the
text you selected. All you need to do at this point is enter a simple
shortcut and save. That's it!
