Auto-Suggest Common Phrases
Imagine you have a personal assistant that suggests ways you could be
more efficient. Ditto is that personal typing assistant for everything
on your PC.
Ditto recognizes phrases (not single words, that would be annoying)
you've typed multiple times and automatically suggests if you want
to add it to your shortcut library... unobtrusively. You won't be interrupted from
doing your work, and you can only add the phrase by clicking on
the popup. Otherwise, the suggestion quietly disappears never to return again.
Hate to stop typing? No worries, a "Common Phrase Report" is available with a
tabulation of how many times you've used a common phrase.
Auto-Suggest.
No typing necessary. Ditto just noticed you typed a phrase multiple times. It's
asking if you would like to have this phrase abbreviated using a shortcut. Click
to add this phrase to your shortcuts.
Read on to see how to add thousands of abbreviations at once. No heavy lifting required.
