View Shortcut Groups
While adding a shortcut, you can keep it organized by assigning the
shortcut to a group. For instance, Auto-Correct group (free with Ditto) is loaded
with thousands of commonly misspelled words that Ditto replaces with
the correctly spelled word when typed.
We assigned the newly created shortcut to the DEFAULT group for this example.
But we can assign it to a more relevant group like "Office Shortcuts"; simply
drag-and-drop the abbreviation to the group. The group has
no bearing on where the shortcut may be used. Finally,
you can search the full text to dig through thousands of
shortcuts for quick edits.
View Shortcut. Organizing shortcuts into groups
is extremely powerful when you're managing thousands of shortcuts.
Search Full Text. Search text here to edit your
